Winter Support Program for Majhi Community in Chetnagar Village, Chandrapur-9

VG Foundation organized a winter support program for the Majhi community of Chetnagar, Rautahat, to assist individuals who are facing difficulties during the cold season. The program was carried out after receiving detailed information from a news report published by the Ekantipur team, which highlighted the living conditions and problems of the community.

VG Foundation would like to thank the Ekantipur team for sharing detailed information about the problems faced by the people of Chetnagar. Their news report helped identify the real needs of the community.

Under this initiative, VG Foundation provided food rations worth NPR 54,000 and 24 warm blankets to 8 individuals from the Majhi community. The support was aimed at helping the beneficiaries manage food needs and stay warm during the winter season.



The program was actively hosted by Mr. Kamal Katuwal, Branch Manager of Nepal Life Insurance, Chandranighapur Sub-Branch, along with his dedicated team who personally handed over the food rations and blankets to the beneficiaries.

The program was successfully completed through the cooperation between VG Foundation and Nepal Life Insurance, Chandranighapur Sub-Branch. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and addressing their basic needs.
