VG Foundation Provides Six-Month Medical Supplies to Support Individuals with Spinal Cord Injuries

June 24, 2026

Kathmandu, Nepal – Reinforcing its commitment to improving healthcare access and supporting vulnerable communities, VG Foundation has extended 6 months’ worth of essential medical supplies to Spinal Cord Injury Network Nepal (SCINN) to support the ongoing care and well-being of individuals living with spinal cord injuries.

Spinal Cord Injury Network Nepal (SCINN) is a national organization dedicated to empowering individuals with spinal cord injuries through peer support, rehabilitation, awareness, and community-based programs. SCINN promotes accessibility, independence, and social inclusion while ensuring beneficiaries receive the support and resources they need to lead dignified lives.

The medical supplies were officially handed over on 2083 Ashar 10 (24 June 2026) and will help SCINN provide essential daily care to its beneficiaries. Living with a spinal cord injury often requires lifelong medical care and the regular use of specialized consumable supplies. For many individuals and families, the recurring cost of these essentials can be financially challenging. Through this support, VG Foundation aims to help reduce this burden while contributing to better health outcomes and an improved quality of life.
