VG Foundation Extends Educational Support to Mamata Bista for the Second Time

Continuing its commitment to supporting children in vulnerable situations, VG Foundation has once again extended support to Mamata Bista, a brave young girl from Bauniya, Kailali, who has been carrying the responsibility of caring for her family at a very young age.

Previously, VG Foundation had provided emergency food support worth NPR 20,000 to Mamata’s family after learning about their difficult living condition. Mamata has been taking care of her bedridden father, disabled mother, and younger brother while also managing household responsibilities on her own.

Understanding the importance of education in shaping her future, VG Foundation has now decided to support Mamata in her educational journey for the second time. Currently studying in Grade 8 at Shree Shanti Secondary School, Mamata received educational support including tuition fees, stationery items, study materials, and school uniforms required for her studies.

Despite the many hardships in her daily life, Mamata has continued her education with determination and courage. VG Foundation believes that no child should be forced to leave their studies because of financial hardship or family responsibilities. Through this support, the foundation aims to encourage Mamata to continue her education with confidence and hope.
