Shrawan is considered an auspicious and a deeply religious month in the Nepali calendar. To honor and celebrate this sacred time, VG Foundation took the initiative to organize and distribute food packages to those in need near the Pashupati temple.

Moonlight Children’s Home was established in April, 2009, it provides a loving home for abandoned, homeless and orphaned girls, arriving from all regions of Nepal. Located in Godawari-3, on the outskirts of Kathmandu.
